Gym to get fit
Day 1: Fryday 15th February I've just started to go to gym, because I need to do more excercise to get fit. Before I've practiced other sports, like football, taekwondo or badminton, but I left them because was bored. Know I decided to start to go to gym because I want to work out, get fit and make the afternoons a little shorter.I spent the first afternoon testing all the machines, it was interesting, but tomorrow I'll start training really. Day 2: Saturday 16th February Today, I started doing some back excercises, some chin-ups and a bit of pulls to the chest.Then I've finished doing leg execises.When I got home, I've aching muscles because I made a lot but I've lived a good experience.
